Return Policy

At Three Finger Bang Bang © x OG Toy Art Studio, LLC, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you need to return an item, the following policy applies.

Eligibility for Returns-

You may return eligible items within 14 days of purchase.

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Limited Edition collectible Toy Art pieces
  • Pre-Ordered collectible Toy Art pieces
  • Sale or discounted items

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition in which it was received
  • The item must be in its original packaging
  • A receipt or proof of purchase must be included
  • You must provide your Order #, email, and proof of charge

Returns that do not meet these requirements may be rejected.

Return Processing Time

Please allow 5–7 business days from the date your returned package is delivered to our facility for processing.

Once the return is received and inspected:

  • You will receive an email confirming receipt of the returned item
  • You will be notified of approval or rejection of the refund

Please note: Your bank may require 3–5 business days to process and post the refund after we issue it.

Refund Method-

Refunds can only be issued to the original form of payment used at checkout.

If you no longer have access to that form of payment or the account is closed:

  • Your refund will be issued as a physical check mailed to the address on your customer profile
  • Check refunds require 4–6 weeks to process

Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.

Exchanges-

We only replace items that are defective or damaged.

To request an exchange for the same item:

  1. Email us at threefingerbangbang@gmail.com
  2. Send your item to the Return & Exchange address listed above

Pre-Order Cancellation Fee-

If a pre-ordered item needs to be canceled, a $35 USD cancellation fee will apply.

This fee is deducted from the refund amount or charged at the time of cancellation.

Gifts-

If the item was marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you:

  • You will receive a gift credit for the value of the return
  • Once the returned item is received and approved, a gift certificate will be emailed to you

If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

Return Shipping Responsibility-

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

For items valued over $75, we strongly recommend:

  • Using a trackable shipping service, or
  • Purchasing shipping insurance

We do not guarantee that we will receive returned items lost or damaged in transit.

Additional Notes-

  • Items that are not returned to us cannot be refunded
  • Returned packages must be sent to the address above; unauthorized returns will not be processed
  • Returns sent outside the 14-day window are subject to rejection
