Backorder Policy

Backorder Policy

We strive to keep our products in stock, but occasionally an item may be temporarily unavailable. Here’s what you need to know about backorders before placing an order:

1. Placing a Backorder

If a product is on backorder, you can still place an order for it. When placing a backorder, you will be charged at the time of purchase, and your order will be shipped as soon as the item becomes available.

2. Estimated Restock & Shipping Times

Backordered items will include an estimated restock date on the product page. While we do our best to stick to this timeline, please note that dates are estimates and may change due to supplier delays or unexpected demand.

3. Communication

We will keep you updated on your backorder status via email. If there is a significant delay, you will have the option to either wait for the item or request to cancel your backorder for a full refund(subject to review and approval on a case by case basis)

4. Partial Shipments

If your order includes both in-stock and backordered items, you can choose to have your in-stock items shipped immediately, or wait for all items to ship together.
