Shipping & Liability Policy

Shipping Rates

All shipping rates are determined by multiple factors, including but not limited to:

  • Domestic vs. international destination
  • Total weight and dimensions of the package
  • Additional handling fees may apply to oversized shipments
  • Selected shipping method
  • Promotional event shipping is excluded, as it is offered free of charge

Customer Responsibility-

It is the customer’s sole responsibility to ensure that all delivery information submitted at checkout is accurate, complete, and up to date.

Three Finger Bang Bang © is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information
  • Mis-deliveries resulting from customer entry errors
  • Delays, losses, or additional fees caused by inaccurate address details
  • Customs duties, taxes, or import fees for international shipments

Any delays, fees, or losses resulting from customer-provided information fall entirely on the customer.

Carrier Liability-

Once packages are transferred to the carrier’s hub, custody and responsibility for the shipment shift to the carrier. At that point, Three Finger Bang Bang ©:

  • Is no longer liable for the package
  • Cannot modify, reroute, or recall shipments
  • Cannot issue refunds for packages not returned to our facility

 

Claims for Delivery Issues-

 

For any mis-shipments, delays, or lost packages, customers must contact the third-party carrier directly and submit a claim using the tracking information provided at the time of shipment. All investigations, reimbursements, or delivery-related resolutions are handled solely by the carrier.
